The Empty Chair
The Height of Hitboidut-meditation is when, because of your great longing to unite with Hashem you feel your soul bound to your body by no more than a single strand. Is there anything better than this to strive for in this life?(L.M. II:99)

Shomaya Kolaynu, Hear Our Voices! PDF Print E-mail
Written by Reb. Nati

The Bush Olmert INC. says, Ayn Ma La'a'sot (there's nothing to do). Barak says, Ayn Ma La'a'sot, there is nothing to do. But Hakodosh Barachu and HaRav Shalom Arush say 'Yesh Ma La'a'sot', there is something to do!

With the situation looking grave at this time, division of Jerusalem and looming reality of more Jews to be thrown from their (our) homes, "what if anything can I do?" Is there no way to repair the damage? No way out? Nothing to do?

BUT there is yesh ma la'a'sot!!! There is something we can do! With just a little Emunah (faith) and Bitachon (trust) and tefila (prayer), we change everything. Now is the time! And everyone can make big difference!

HaRav Shalom Arush, shlita has called for prayer around the clock to bring the geulah, the complete and final redemption, right now in this season of redemption. Being that the first redemption took place at Pesach, we have an opportunity during the counting of the omer to elevate ourselves to the highest levels, to the level of receiving the Torah. And we are totally redeemed on Yom Kippur as our sins are forgiven.

We have a special opportunity, let's not miss it! May it be Hashem's will that we will call out and make our voices heard! Now!

We're building a new site to support this effort, which will have (G-d willing) an international 24 hour prayer schedule and coordinated tefilah events. G-d willing, it will become a hot line for Am Israel as we enter the days of the redemption.

Every .. single .. Jewish .. (and non-Jewish) .. individual .. makes .. a .. huge .. difference. We are told that "3 stones build 6 houses...". The more people who pray together and/or for common cause, their prayers are joined together with the others and multiplied and amplified and ascend to the very throne of the Almighty.

So let's make our voices heard. We are told in Shemos (Exodus) that in the first geulah (from Egypt)'that Hashem heard', 'that He saw', 'that He remembered', and sent the Redeemer 'Moshe'.

Come join us. Yesh Ma La'a'sot - Geulah Petition
